Papertrey June Blog Hop

Well, here goes!  Jumping into my first PTI Blog Hop.  I can't wait to be inspired by all the talent out there who participate regularly.

This month is a color challenge.  Isn't this just the sweetest display for a little princess?  I love the fairy tale dresses all in a row so chose those as my colors.

Here's my Clean and Simple version

I brought in a tiny bit of sparkle by swiping my Quickie Glue pen across the word "Sweet" then sprinkling a bit of Art Institute Angel Dust across it.  Not sure if you can see it or not.

Time to get hoppin'!

Have a Sweet Day!

Supplies:
Cardstock - Papertrey Ink
Accessories: Buttons - PTI, Quickie Glue Pen, Art Institute Angel Dust Glitter, embroidery floss

Card size: 5 1/4" x 4"

Love the way you've used the torn edges on the paper to creat some softness on each layer. The buttons do add such a nice accent too!

Your torn background is a great idea, Charlene! I haven't noticed anyone else doing that, so bonus points for originality! Nice idea to swipe the "sweet" with glitter too! Happy first PTI Blog Hop--may it be the first of many!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I agree with you that there are alot of "Make It Mondays" in blogland. Thanks for wishing me luck with mine.

I love it!! I also did some tearing of the paper to re-create the look of the wall, loved doing that, it's fun! Love the buttons your card, they match so perfectly and it looks awesome!!
