Fight Like a Girl Against Breast Cancer and Happy News

I think we all know someone whose life has been touched by breast cancer.  My good friend, Gretchen, is one of those brave ladies.   I created this card to combine with a breast cancer survivor kit for a fundraiser auction for the Pink Tie Friends

I used Flourishes Think Pink - Fight Like a Girl set.  I loved this set as soon as I saw it.  It has both fun and beautiful images as well as  lots of words.  One thing I've noticed about Flourishes stamps is that they take water based inks beautifully.  Many of othe acrylics I own just don'e stamp well with water based inks like Stampin'Up.

I also have some happy news.  I  was chosen as one of the new blog team members at May Arts Ribbons!
Woo,Hoo...I'm soooo excited.

A big Congratulations to the other ladies on the new team as well and a big THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to leave a comment on my project.

Challenges:

Paper - Neenah Classic white, Bazzill textured linen

Ink - SU Regal Rose, Copic markers, Sakura gel glitter pen
