He loves Tabouleh or Cracked Wheat Salad served with Hummus, raw vegetables and pita bread. I grew up on it so it's one of my all time favorites as well. It's also super refreshing on hot summer days as well as loaded with healthy fiber and you can prepare the entire dinner early in the day in under 30 minutes after you soak the cracked wheat.

oh my...we love greek dips...this looks so yummy...we usually go to the swap met and buy all the yummy dips there...
ReplyDeleteThis looks good. I will have to try it. I usually make my tabouleh with couscous but this probably has more fiber and would be nice for a change.
