Foodie Friday - Calzones!!

Oh's been awhile since I've made one of our favorite dinners, Goat Cheese and Proscuitto Calzones with homemade Tomato Basil Sauce.  YUM!  Our youngest son loves these and since he's moving closer (yes!), I thought I better practice up.

You can make the dough in the bread machine for ultra easy prep.

Then, just roll or pat it out and fill it up.

Goat cheese, Fontina, Mozzarella, Proscuitto, Tomatoes a bit of fresh or dried thyme and a healthy sprinkle of black pepper is how we like them.  I brush the dough with homemade garlic oil first.

Crimp it closed.

Then just pop it in a super hot oven.
