I stamped the background with Stampin Up's Itty Bitty Background and a glue pad then sprinkled on the fairy dust! That gorgeous ribbon is May Arts Champagne silk...love it!

Here's a photo tip for capturing glitter. Use only the natural room light and flash...any extra lighting "drowns" out the sparkle.
