It's been a rough few days lately as I've had some unexpected symptoms from a cortisone shot I got on Thursday. Seems the ortho doc thinks I should have a total knee replacement. I think NOT so opted for draining the knee, the cyst, and a shot of cortisone followed by PT and a big old ugly brace. I just wasn't expecting the high bp, vision problems, tingling etc. as I've had cortisone before w/o any issues.
The doc called this the "rusty years"...so much for all that exercise they say is good for you!!
I have a couple of
Rubbernecker cards that I haven't had a chance to get posted. I've had 3 friends diagnosed with breast cancer in the last week. That's 3 too many. I'm sending these cards out with prayers for their complete healing.
