Busy times call for easy menus so I pulled out a favorite that can be on the table in under 30 minutes. I've posted it previously but since there are always new visitors who pop in, I thought a re-run would be ok. I've also put it into pdf format for you to print out.
I shot this before I put the bacon on. Feel free to leave off the tomato if you don't like it. This recipe was created at the Brown Hotel in Louisville, KY and the story is the brothers who came up with the idea fought over whether or not to add the tomato. It's delish either way.

If my turkey leftovers were not gone by now,I would have made this delicious looking dish for our meal. I will still make it another time with chicken, its so yummy looking and I love that it has tomato. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
