Flying by....

Flying by with a Halloween card.  We don't "do" alot of Halloween but I still like to send cards to the grands.  Something fun but not too scary.  Our granddaughter is going to be 10 so I thought she'd like this "grown up" card.

I just LOVE the new designer paper from DCWV...The Bewitched Matstack.  It made this card come together in a snap.  The glittery embossed pumpkins called for some extra glittery fun so I had to had that gorgeous May Arts Glitter Velvet Ribbon to my tag.  The tag is hand cut.

The cool witch and sentiment are from Rubbernecker Stamps Halloween Set 1.

Want to know how I colored my tag?  Ritz die!  I was dying something else and decided to see what would happen if I dipped some tags in the die.  They came out a bit lighter than I hoped but I still like them.

Do you decorate for Halloween?

Supplies
Cardstock - Papertrey Smokey Shadow; DCWV - Bewitched Matstack
Ink - Versafine black

Your granddaughter is going to love this Charlene! Your dies tag is fabulous! Love the witch. Wish I had this RN set. I decorate like crazy for halloween. My favorite decoration is the life size coffin my neighbor built for me. It is filled with bones until halloween night. Then after the little ones have been around and it's mostly the older kids,we take turns being in it and scaring the willies out of the kids. Looks super spooky with the fog machine going. Mwahhahhaaha. I know I am evil. Have a fab day!
