One last Christmas Cookie Post and a Goal

No pictures to post today. I must admit, I must clean my craft room before I can get to any solid surface in there. Haven't set foot in there since before Christmas and it's ugly, really, really, ugly.

My DH did hang some cool rods I found at Ikea to store my punches on. When I can get to the desk and take a photo, I'll post it. Only wishing I'd bought a few more as our Ikea is so far away.

Pam asked for a list of the cookies I made at Christmas. Here goes:

Chocolate Macadamia Nut Clusters
White Chocolate Chunk Macadamia Cookies (dipped in white chocolate) mmm-mmm!
Russian Teacakes
Clear the Cupboard Cookies (Southern Living recipe good for every day munching)
Crinkled Fudge Truffle Cookies
Minty Middles
Lemon Crinkles
Raspberry Pinwheels
Date Nut Pinwheels
Expresso Pinwheels
Greek Twists
Lemon Sugar Cookies
Princess Gems (very fragile, uses ammonia powder (!) and oh so good!)
Lora's Ginger Cookies
Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies drizzled with white chocolate
Martha Stewart's Giant Gingerbread Snowflakes and Stars
Jan Hagels
Tiger Butter
Peppermint Bark

I usually make Baklava too, but just ran out of time this year...it's a once a year treat that will have to wait until next year.

Happy New Year Everybody. Hope to have some fun Valentine projects soon!

Blessings,
Charlene

Wow! What a selection of cookies! I've never heard of several of them. I've definately never heard of ammonia powder, much less using it to bake with. I've got to google this...I'm always looking for new ideas.
Thanks for sharing and Happy New Year!
Pam
